Beezer wins NOAH London pitching competition

Scottish startup Beezer, a site which allows DIY mobile app development, has won the top pitch award at NOAH London.

Announced yesterday, the award means the Brian Smillie-founded venture will join Europe’s leading startups at NOAH Berlin on 22-23 June and the chance to meet and pitch to many of the world’s leading tech investors.

Informatics Ventures, Scotland’s technology entrepreneur support programme, partnered with NOAH London last year for the first time and took ten of Scotland’s most promising early stage companies to the UK’s capital as part of its year-round series of EIE (‘Engage, Invest, Exploit’) events which also included EIE China in 2016.

NOAH London is viewed as the UK’s top tech investor event and June’s Berlin showcase is one of Europe’s premier events to bring startups together with investors and advisers and has led to hundreds of millions of follow-on investment being secured.
