The School of Informatics is proud to host the SICSA DEMOfest in partnership with ScotlandIS, a technology showcase for Scottish Informatics and Computer Science research of interest to SMEs and larger companies.

SICSA DEMOfest will feature exhibits and presentations of:
- research with commercial potential,
- knowledge transfer successes, and
- opportunities for collaboration between university and industry.
Research will be on display from universities across the Scottish Informatics and Computer Science Alliance.
ScotlandIS members and other leaders from Scotland's innovative, high tech and high growth businesses will be looking for consultants, KTP partners, technology ready for commercialisation and license, research partners and academics interested in working with business in other ways.
Representatives from various university and public programmes will be on hand to advise businesses on how they may receive financial and other assistance for university collaboration.
13:00 - 16:00 Exhibitors' display set up.
17:00 Exhibit opens. Hot drinks and biscuits served.
19:00 Networking drinks reception for guests and exhibitors.
20:00 Dinner for ScotlandIS members at a nearby venue (TBA).
