The final workshop in the first cycle of the (highly-acclaimed-by-scots-entrepreneurs) series of workshops with the Global Entrepreneurship Team. Following on from 'Global Sales Strategies for Ambitious Entrepreneurs', 'Entrepreneurial Product Marketing',  'Entrepreneurial Operational Excellence', and "Financing for Growth".

Leadership and Teams - Managing Growth and Change. A high quality seminar and workshop for Entrepreneurs, CEOs and their business executives from innovative, fast-growing companies, featuring case studies and lectures, interactive discussions, participants presentations, “hands-on” exercises, and the opportunity to practice “elevator  pitches” to potential customers, employees and board members.

As per previous workshops, fully subsidised (free) places are available for companies that:

  1. are ambitious and committed to growing globally; AND
  2. are Informatics / Computer Science / Software / ICT related; AND
  3. are located in Lowlands and Uplands Scotland (anywhere other than Highlands and Islands); AND
  4. have less than 250 employees and less than 50M Euro turnover; AND
  5. confirm eligibility by email with Andrew Mitchell prior to registering.

All other ambitious companies that don't fit this criteria can attend at a cost £495 for the two days.

 

Before we will confirm and guarantee a fully subsidised (free) place we ask that you send a cheque for £75 made payable to The University of Edinburgh. We will return this cheque un-cashed to you on attendance at the workshop.
